That is why we offer a wide range of eco-friendly products to our clients. From the new water-borne stains, polyurethanes and varnishes, to Low or even Zero V.O.C. (volatile organic compounds), we are able to create a healthier job-site for our clients, our employees, and for the environment. By eliminating V.O.C.s in paint, there are fewer chemicals released into the air; therefore, the quality of the air you breathe in is cleaner and safer. Hospitals, homeowners with small children or elderly, as well as our staff prefer using these paints because of their safety and low odor qualities.
HEALTH
Reduced toxins benefit everyone, including those with allergies and chemical sensitivities. Another advantage is an easy clean up with soap and water; no more polluting solvents used in cleaning.
DURABILITY
Zero VOC and Low VOC paints have been proven to outperform traditional paints in terms of coverage, scrub ability and hide ability.

NOT DEEMED HAZARDOUS WASTE
Latex or water based paints are not considered a hazardous waste. Cleanup and disposal is greatly simplified. If paint is dried it can be put in a trash can.
WATER BASED
Paints that are water-based are simply mixed pigment and binder. No harsh chemicals. Water is used as a carrier, which means quicker dry up, as only water has to evaporate.
Other painting companies may claim to be a “green” painting company because they use low VOC paint. At Magic Brush Inc., besides using no or low VOC paints we also recycle our waste material and empty containers, disposing of all chemicals properly.
